I have a 1.4 16v mk3 clio and need to know the best way to fit some 197 sport alloys. Do i get a hub conversion (and if so where from) or is it possible to change to 5 stud another way?

I crashed my car into a curb and smashed one of the alloys so i thought it was time for a new set!
I had standard 15" and now i have 17" with low profile tyres!
It still needs lowering but i'm going to wait a few weeks for that!

I managed to smash the back driver's side alloy and consequently bent the rear axel..
I was planning on getting some new alloys anyway but now it's definate!

Hi everyone!
I'm planning on spraying my alloys dark grey, but i'm not 100% confident that i'll do a good job so i need a bit of help
1) Do i need special paint or can i use any standard metal spray paint?
2) Is the clear coat necessary? (i'm guessing so but just thought i'd check first)

I'm getting it lowered and putting spacers on so shouldn't look too bad, and its gunmetal grey.. and i think it's a phase 1!
They only do 15" in these alloys, i was thinking about 16's at first, just depends what i can find :)
