should be very easy, take out a few bolts to get the bumper off, then there are a couple more to get the lights out. Should have the same connections as the existing lights, wack them in and throw the bumper back on, easy as that! shouldnt take much more than an hour

Sounds like a dephaser pulley issue, i would get that changed with the cam belt as the cam belt has to come off anyways. Guna be expensive but will give you your 5k kick back, and hopefully solve the noise!

Ive jus fitted a set of these onto my 172 cup. Personally i think they are miles better than the original set up and corner soo well. A little crashy maybe on really bumpy roads but amazing for the twistys! Would also advise getting the solid top mounts as make it feel a bit more grounded, great...
