stick with the old mk1s and its easy :)
on thursday I should have about 220bhp per ton from mine with a full interior etc

I got the old angle grinder out and took out boot skins, door skins etc
rear wiper motor etc
im now driving the same model car standard but with the exact same wheels and sus that was on the first.
it made such a huge difference I want the old one back!
check the fuse in the fuse box (both stereo fuse and interior light fuse!) then the fuse behind (they dont normally go as there 20amp and the main fuse is normally 10 or 15)
Isnt it, If its fitted it must be functional?
So if the lights there it must work. Same as headlights if there fitted they must work whether connected or not, but you dont have to have headlights to pass an mot.
rebuilding my engine in a couple of days, where can I find
1. piston rings
2. big ends
where could I get a quote online and how much am I going to have to fork out?
well it free'd up quite nicely, they needed adjusting as well though.
now I just need to find out the right bias without any access to rollers for a few weeks.
