as title how can i change the headlight bulb on the drivers side as there is no space behind it what so ever.... as far as i can see the only way is bumper off headlight off and i really dont want to do that..
just thought about trying that and i cant get to the back of the drivers side one..... had the lamp out and it has a black spot in the centre which indicates its blown but why would it come on for a short time and then go out...
off topic but my car makes a horrible noise when you give it the beans in 1st and 2nd ive been told engine mounts will solve this..... is this the case?
ok ive had this problem with mine....ive now sorted it yesterday...... top engine mount to the left of the engine there are 4' 16mm bolts.... loosen them off tap the frame forward no more than 5-7mm it can be done with a few light hits with a hammer.... tighten back up job done.
need a couple of front tyres this month cant afford to splash out on great tyres right now as ive just had lots of work done on my car... i know a guy that does part worn tyres and quite often gets quality tyres or should i buy new and go budget?
just looked through this thread, it sounds crazy to me... 1: ive not insured cars properly in the past, big mistake you will lose! 2: why not just repair or replace the 1.2, sell the car and buy a standard 1.4/1.6/2.0 whatever you can afford because the insurance will be ceaper than a modefied...
yea thats what i would expect but im not earning massive money right now as im still a trainee, so to me i cant see the sense in paying all that money if i could afford it then yes 100% sportlines...... but for now if springs will do the job i might take that option..
appart from the clear price difference is there really such a massive difference.... i want my 172 to sit a little nicer and dont fancy paying 600+ for coilovers and also dont want it to handle like s**t on springs...... what do you guys think?
