i'm planning on lowering my clio ph2/3 i'm new to modding so need to know the basics please:o does my clio have a torsion bar? whats the baest kits to get ?( lowering onto 17's) should you lower of change the wheels first? excuse me for sounding like a 'pleb' but would rather do it...
