Right.. Iv no idea about this car or most cars to be fair. :) Is this an under the car job? Iv been searching online and the crank sensor is one on my list to check, along with starter motor connection and the looms. Also Im gonna check the battery voltage.. cheers for the comments guys! :cool:

Hi 3 times now the 182 has failed to fire up in the last few months. Previous two times it started after 10-15 mins or so. This time its been 3 days. Half a tank of petrol in it. And its turning over as battery is ok for now. Pushed it up and down the road etc etc and nothing. Iv no idea...

Hi Probably been done to death sorry but.. Iv read up about service intervals for these things but Iv not found definitive answers as a lot of them are contradictory.. When do they need to be done? My 182 is on 38k now.. Any answers would be greatly appreciated! :cool:

yeah. picking splitter up for 11 pound odd on thursday!! :approve: and wheels.. I live in the NW!! So too far away! My girlfriend did a proper job on the alloys in London last weekend so they need fixing!

Noise is getting worse. Creaking alot now. Sounds like a creaking door. Low speeds only.. My dads mechanic looked and cant see anything. Im thinking of going the local Renault stealer now.. Are they expensive??

I have searched but not found an answer. 04 plate 182. 36.5k on the clock. At very low speeds i'v noticed a creaking noise whilst turning. Definately feels/sounds like its coming from the steering column. Not a hugely loud noise but it is noticable. It may slightly creak under breaking also...
