Car Has been Written off again!

as some of you may remember i had my clio wrote off around a year and a half ago. it has no happened again to my fiesta because i woman decided to pull out and his my passenger side, this sent me spinning and straight through some metal barriers.

have got a courtesy car until it is sorted out

Thanks everybody. She should be getting the bill for the damage.

My Clio accident still hasn't been sorted out and that was nearly 2 years ago. Plus some lass drove past me yesterday in it

they called up today and offerd me 1000 pounds for the car. the milltek thats on the car cost near 700

Do they offer like for like modifications? Otherwise, you'll be lucky to get more because it had a shiny exhaust on it.

I sent them an invoice for the milltek and they added 500/600 onto the payout

Just works the same as any recent work carried out, belts, mots, servicing. A lot of people don't know half the things that can be used on the insurance company to get better payments.

You were going at 20mph on the approach to a pedestrian crossing, and a woman came out off a junction and "tapped" the side of your car sending you into a spin where you ended up hitting the railings?

At 20mph?

I bounced off a lamp post at around 40 mph and did less damage than that tbf

yes i was doing 20mph its on a main road at 5 o clock. with busy traffic so i couldnt have even gone faster than that. johnny bravo are you trying to say i am a liar or that didn't happen?

if you get t boned of course you loose control. she hit my passenger rear quarter this sent me 90 degrees into those railings.

You didn't get "t-boned" mate; there is hardly any damage to your passenger rear quarter. If you'd been doing 20mph and been hit that gently on the rear quarter you would have stopped in less than 20 feet.

im just guessing that he hit something thin i.e railings (see pic 2) and that the 20mph on something that little surface area in a 1 ton car is easily going to do that damage to the front end, then bounce back spinning the car?!

You're not a very good crash investigator, he clearly explained what happened. Not exactly hard to believe he was hit and pushed into railings.

Pretty cut and dry although i'm looking forward to the police recieving your accident report from 3 pictures found on a car forum.

I can easily believe it was 20mph, my accident was similar the same speeds and his car ripped my door off.

I'd look for a new job, you're clearly not very good at this one.

My aunt stays down in Yeadon and if her cars not being nicked she's crashing into someone, so it was probably her. Nobody was hurt, you live to drive and crash another day.
