gorgeous LY 182 with cup spoiler, near the nursery tavern last night, all the rain beading on its shiny polish! very nice.

That's me, I was in champs. The car is so so dirty at the mo but my boyfriend is in to detailing and it was clayed, polished, waxed and sealed a month or so ago. What car have you got?

i've a ph1 172 rep, though i'll be spending a huge chunk of my student loan on swapping the engine in a month or so and respraying. friends in the game lol. i imagine yellow shows the dirt up badly, but it was wet, i couldn't tell. awesome car!

It's not too bad for showing up the dirt. It just loses the shin and can look a lil dull but other than that the car does bean well. I didn't realised there was so many people from or around Sheffield on here. I've never actually seen another ly182 on the road just a ly v6 near Aston that I followed which was amazing. Thought about getting one but I need that back seats unfortunately

Brill. Well I'm from the south of the city but I'm always at meadowhall coz I'm a bit of a shopaholic ; ) I have only ever seen another LY 182 at trax last year. I have always said if someone bought one in Sheffield I would sell it because I love how rare it!!

I am doing mine the week before Trax. Got a garage sorted out so i can get the rotory on it and get rid of the swirls its developed over the year. Looking forward to giving it a agood going over tbh

Aye thats the same polisher I have got. the SIM180 is an awesome machine. I had a g220 before that aswell... Need to stop spending money on detailing goodies

My boyfriend will admit this as he tells all of his friends, we are both insured on each others cars but the clio is quicker (golf pulls better up hill though) and handles better as well, he prefers the clio for pure driving thrills and having fun in but the golf is a more pleasant daily driver.

Last photo is taken at sheffield university... Near the big round about near the childrens hospital... Only had chance to get the one or two arty pictures up there though as it started bouncing it down & the lighting was abit shite

my missus works at the uni on eccy road i will ask her to keep an eye out, she goes into champs a bit for lunch and sometimes quick meal after work before a trip back to mcr.

love ly on clios and i always see some sweet motors on eccy road when i visit.

lol, no, i would never take my car to the stealer!! i do all the work pretty much myself, a family friend owns the amusingly named "jeepers keepers" in dronfield, and i've been mates with the lads there since we were small, so i use their stuff and bug them for help when im stuck!!
cleo, the LY 182 was perhaps the prettiest clio i've ever seen. was talking to my mate on the phone and ended up just rambling to the poor lad how good it looked lol!!

You should see it now, he's been working on the paintwork since half seven this morning lol, i have him trained well ; ) The paint has come up great just need to get some good shots now.

I went down to the stealers on fri and there was a nice ph1 172 rep there thought it might have been you tremor. Thank you for the comments as well, it will be on eccy rd again tonight coz im taking the bf to uncle sams for tea to say thank you for doing the car
