53 plate clio wont start

Hi I have A 53 plate clio which has stood idle for about 6 month with a leaking sunroof. I went to clean it out today and get it back on the road. The footwells were full ov water so after draining the watter I turned my attention on getting the car started but the immobiliser light is constantly flashing. After checking a few sites I have removed and cleaned the crank shaft censor and ilst checked the white wire on the starter solenoid but still nothing. I also tried the 30 seconed trick but nothing. What else can I try? The car wont turn over either

Sounds like the uch problem, my mate just had his done at Renault including 2 new keys for £230
