Install Powerflex wishbone bushes after 2 month

Can anyone tell me what makes the bushes be like this..... Instillation problem?
and where is the grease come from??

I dont think that grease is anything to do with your bushes, more likely off a driveshaft or similar.

There is only a TINY smear of grease in the powerflex bushes.

That's not the grease from the bushes.

Driveshaft split and spat its inners everywhere.

picture shows the sleeve has moved and is cutting into the subframe!!!! Incorrect fitting is to blame
