a question for 172/182 owners about exhaust manifold
Hi guys, a quick question:
in your 172/182 have you got some sort of heat shield for the exhaust manifolds? in the upper part of the bay there isn't anything that could suffer from heat but on the bottom site of the exhaust flange there is the starter motor and his relays box.. is this protected someway? i can't find any decent pic.. on "non sport clios" the manifold is covered upperside and bottomside by a metal shield to protect airbox from melting etc.. i need to know on your car if there is anything or not..
thank you all!

The starter on 1*2s has a heatshield clipped on.

If the gearbox is equipped with a speed sensor, it always has a heatshield regardless of it being a 1*2 or a non-sport.

brake fluid reservoir is one of the most important things to sheild IMO and that's in the upper part
