Then had advisories on track rod ends
Ball joints
Low water level in washer bottle (wuppdy doo)
And near side tyre is on its way out

But ye. Just the hand brake cables snapped. Picking them up from Adam tomorrow to be sorted on Saturday.

Ye it's not too bad. Track rod ends and ball joints will be the next thing to do. But that's gotta be after holiday etc.
So hopefully a top up of fluids etc and it should be ok for the 9th June.

Not long now ay. Topped mine up with oil today and now I'm sorting out this rattling heat shield. Bigger washers ftw.

I know it's totally off topic. But.

Just a quickie if anyone's about.
My dad went and fetched me some oil. It's only to top it up and he came back with the 5w-30 instead of the 40. Is this ok to put in to top up the 5w-40 which is already in? Bit of a noob with all this.

Saw Josh's new motor yesterday....really nice jap import. Rwd 2litre turbo (or could be 1.8) and made by Nissan. Looks unspoilt too...which is defo a bonus.
