182 service, advice on parts please?

Hi guys

Just bought a 182 sport n it's due a basic service which I'll do myself. My question is does anyone have any reckomendarions of the parts I use? I'm looking at the k-tec panel filter as I dont particulaly want a loud induction 'roar' unless I was actually going to gain something significant in terms of power. K-tec also have their own plugs, are these worth t extra money over the NGK ones?

Lastly any thoughts on oil? It's standard and will probably stay that way bar maybe an exhaust somewhere down the line so probably don't need race oil?

Everyone says on here only use the NGK original spark plugs.

panel filter is a waste of money, stick to standard, also stick to NGK PFR6E-10 plugs

pm maynard (GSF manager dude) he'll sort you out cheaper than anyone else by a mile
