Really? I'm sure i saw on 5th gear the other night, one of the chaps took a scooby to the ring and he said they didn't noise check the cars?

So I was working out the costs last night....


Ferry - £58.00 per car
Hotel - £75.00 (approx for 2 people per night)
Petrol - £250 (based on 1200 miles @ 30mpg)
Food - £150 (breakfast included with most hotels)
Beer - £50

So cost per person approx £465 (based on 2 sharing a car) + laps of the ring

What do we reckon? Sound about right?

Also says there are sensors around the track that will alert them, probably gonna have to get something like that i guess.

Tape a baked bean can over the end with a few holes in, sure it will work!

Im safe with my 82db or whatever at 5.2k

Snetterton has a 105dB static limit, but only a 92dB drive-by limit and you never got flagged up Lewis. And the Ring states its 95dB for both!

Didn't think of that, If that's the case then i should be alright although that thing Rhys posted is only cheap, so i might buy that just incase.
