ok i have the following car:
1998 ph3 mk1 clio sport same as Speiros pictured here:

I have searched the forums and found that i cant simply replace the bonnet with a 16v one , so does any one have any ideas how to fit/obtain a bonnet scoop/vent on this particular car..(without changing the lights/panels/wings)...any ideas greatly appreciated....

You can either have a plastic one cut into your bonnet which will crack and look poo or you can stop being a lazy c**t and just fit new lights and get a proper valver bonnet. All you have to do is get some phase 1/2 front lights, theyll bolt straight in, then a valver bonnet will fit a treat, were you got this panels, wings business from I dont know, there the same as every other mk1 Clio.

Get a proper Valver bonnet and a proper Phase3 bonnet..
Cut the 16v Bulge out and have it put onto the Phase3 bonnet.
