This could be down to 2 reasons :

a) You have not filled in your address details and you do so by :

1. • Go into your control panel (Personal CP on left menu)
2. • Edit Profile
3. • Additional Information
4. • Members Address (fill in accordingly)
5. • Save Changes


b) If you have paid with your PayPal account check which finding method you used. If you selected "E-cheque", deliberately or by accident, this will delay payment by approximately 5 - 7 days. Please not this is due to Paypal and not Cliosport.
